 Meet at IGA Car Park\, Victoria Street\, Ballarat Eas
 t\, at 9.00 a.m. for car/bike pooling to leave by 9.15 a.m. It is 1hr 20 t
 ravel\, via Western Freeway to the car parking area at Altona.&nbsp\; We w
 ill meet at Apex Park (Esplanade).
 &nbsp\;
 With an ETD of 10.45 a.m. f
 or cycling\, we will venture southward along the Wyndham Bay Trail to Chee
 tham Wetlands\; circumnavigate Sanctuary Lakes before hooking onto the Ske
 leton Creek Trail. With a mix of beach\, nature\, residential and reserves
 \, there will be opportunities for sightseeing including the 100 Federatio
 n Steps\, significant indigenous areas\, environmental and historical poin
 ts of interest.&nbsp\; Great views back to Melbourne skyline.&nbsp\; &nbsp
 \; 35km approx.&nbsp\; Flat\, well made cycle paths except 1km gravel near
  Point Cook Homestead.&nbsp\;
 &nbsp\;
 It is estimated that we will be 
 back at the car park around 3 p.m. for return to Ballarat\, beach walk or 
 have fish and chips.
 &nbsp\;
 Please bring thermos\, snacks and a PICNI
 C LUNCH as there are no opportunities for stopping or buying food enroute\
 ; all the 'usual'!

 o Park in this area\; if no parking available\, u-turn and travel along Es
 planade&nbsp\; OR Car Park off Queen Street.
