BBB : Bamgamie, Bannockburn & Bunjil

A casual, scenic day, travel town to town,  leaving Ballarat to, firstly, have a 3-4km walk (descent & Ascent) in the Bamgamie State Forest, west of Meredith. Morning tea stop .   Travel to Bannockburn - Farmer's Market, Heritage Walk, Lunch and a Bushland Reserve 3-4 km.  Option to travel home via Bunjil Lookout and through Steiglitz.  

Please meet at 8.30 a.m. in Buninyong: Park at the rear of Foodworks Supermarket

(off Market Street) . Persons can car pool from here. If you car pool please bring $13

Cash for driver.

Please bring Morning Tea, snacks and water. Poles optional.

Lunch will be at Bannockburn - can BYO or purchase in town.

Paths will be sandy and gravel surfaces in bushland.
